Lancaster NVC Practice Group

Next meeting Friday December 2nd 10am-12pm

Drop-in sessions on the first Friday of the month 10am-12pm at Lancaster Friends Meeting House, with Sarah Ludford, Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication. A group for anyone who has attended 2 days of NVC training or equivalent.

If you’d like a regular dose of NVC to keep you topped up, help you remember your NVC consciousness, practice skills, ask questions and meet up with others who also want to practice NVC, then these sessions are for you. Meet once a month for 2 hours of connection, sharing, empathy, and focusing on a part of the NVC process. You can come to one or all of the sessions through the year. No need to book but please email me or text me 07906 350 845 to let me know you are coming.

This is a trainer led practice group £8 unwaged / £10 low waged / £12 full waged per session.

News for 2017

From January the Practice group will be running fortnightly. My hope is that this will provide more practice, continuity and sense of community amongst people practicing NVC in the Lancaster area. Dates and more information for 2017 will follow shortly and I hope to see much more of you next year.
