Online Courses from Cafs

Cumbria Action for Sustainability are putting on some excellent online courses these days.

You may not have found them yet so here is a link to be able to sign up and take part https://cafs.org.uk/events/

The one we are particularly keen on that you can join in for free this month is about How to do an Eco fit for Householders.

This is something that we have a great need for in Lancaster since so many of our older houses are draughty, lack proper insulation and cost a fortune to keep heated during the long cold winter.

Don’t worry if you think that their courses are only for people who live in Cumbria. At the moment they still allow people outside their borders to join in so make the most of it before too many people in Cumbria clog up the bandwidth and prevent us getting on!

Perhaps Transition City Lancaster Education Group should recruit new members who are keen to develop their own online courses for the people of North West Lancashire? What say you? Interested? Contact info@transitioncitylancaster.org if you are.
