TC Network Meeting

November 1 @ 7:15 pm - 9:00 pm

The focus this month is on how Transition City Lancaster is going to continue next year.

We need to have our Annual General Meeting on December 6th so please take this as official notice that this will be happening on this date and put it in your diary.

But before that happens we need to gather people together who want to see some Transition Events and Activities happening after the AGM.

As you may be aware TCL’s Steering Group has dwindled to 4 people who have now reached the end of their allotted time. One of the options we need to discuss at this meeting is whether we should even attempt to fill those places with new people. According to the Transition Model the Steering Group is only supposed to control things for a while and then a new structure should be introduced to give everyone a say in TCL’s management and activities.

So it is up to you all to come along next week and put forward your ideas for what should happen and whether a restructuring is now due.

Please do come if you possibly can. Transition City Lancaster is owned by its members so this is your chance to reshape things the way you want.

As usual Refreshments will be available and donations will be accepted to cover costs.
